We're proud members of Great Canadian Entertainment (formerly known as Great Canadian Gaming Corporation), a major Canadian gaming and entertainment company that operates multiple casinos and racetrack facilities across Canada in partnership with provincial lottery corporations. Despite being rebranded from Boulevard Casino into a Hard Rock-branded casino before reverting to its current branding, our ownership remained with Great Canadian.

Our services are primarily available in English due to the predominantly English-speaking community of Metro Vancouver; however, some staff members may be able to assist informally in other languages for more common community dialects. Our policies also dictate that any player seeking access must meet certain age and identification requirements as specified by provincial laws governing casinos within British Columbia.
